Files contain Y chromosome model sequences and coordinates for positions of genes and sequence classes in corresponding model sequences.  

Sequence classes are referred to by color: yellow = X-degenerate, blue = ampliconic, green = pseudoautosomal, pink = heterochromatic, gray = other.

Model sequences are based on assemblies at the time of publication, as follows:

	Human: Skaletsky et al 2003, The male specific region of the human Y chromosome is a mosaic of discrete sequence classes
	Chimpanzee: Hughes et al 2010, Chimpanzee and human Y chromosomes are remarkably divergent in structure and gene content
